Pricing — Buyer & Seller Transaction Fee
Both the buyer and seller pay a $250 facilitation fee for a secure, verified, and professionally managed transaction.
• Seller: The $250 fee is automatically deducted from the check they receive at the end of the sale.
• Buyer: The buyer pays $250 at the time of service.
This covers all essentials for a safe and seamless sale, including the inspection, paperwork processing, title transfer, identity verification, and the full convenience and security of completing the transaction at our facility.
